Because Raasio Contracting is a small, “boutique” firm specializing in quality, we are able to focus our attention on your specific building needs and desires.  We began as a successful drywall company in 1996 and turned our focus toward custom home building in 2002.  Raasio Contracting has extensive experience in traditional “stick-built” construction, log home finishing, timber frame structural erection and SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) Construction.  Owner, Chris Raasio, has 19 years of construction trade experience.  He supervises and actively participates in  the building process. Our employees are a source of pride for our company.  They are experienced, hardworking carpenters who appreciate a job well-done.
